At present, the intelligent green mines built in Zhejiang Province have achieved the expected effects of more efficient resource utilization, safer production methods, more accurate illegal warning, more intelligent management decision-making, and more obvious cost reduction and efficiency increase. The ore quality qualification rate of Dameishan Mine of Changxing County Southern Mining Co., Ltd. has increased by 10%, and the increase in clinker strength indirectly increases the benefits by more than 16 million yuan; Zhejiang Anlian Mining Co., Ltd.'s resource utilization rate has increased to 100%, sales profit has increased by 8%, equipment failure rate has decreased by 10%, safety management costs have decreased by 30%, labor costs have decreased by 12%, and production costs have decreased by 10%; The product quality improvement of Huzhou Xinkaiyuan Crushed Stone Co., Ltd. can increase revenue by 6 million yuan/year, reduce 21 direct employees, save labor costs of about 2.18 million yuan/year, and reduce equipment failure rate by 50%.
