The first unmanned marine ecological warning and monitoring station at the estuary of Tangshan has been completed recently. This station is coordinated and deployed by the Department of Natural Resources of Hebei Province, and constructed by the Fifth Geological Brigade of the Geological and Mineral Exploration and Development Bureau of Hebei Province. It is of great significance for improving the early warning and monitoring system of the marine ecosystem in Tangshan City, further enhancing the early warning and prediction of marine natural disasters, marine ecological disasters, marine ecosystem assessment and protection in Hebei Province.
The Xiaoqinglong River Estuary Marine Ecological Early Warning and Monitoring System consists of two parts: a marine ecological early warning and monitoring station and a remote monitoring center. The external monitoring station adopts a float type water collection system, which can adapt to changes in the river channel, change the water collection position, and ensure that the collected water samples meet the monitoring needs. The online monitoring system software within the monitoring station is responsible for controlling the overall operating process, real-time monitoring of 17 monitoring parameters such as hydrology, water quality, and nutrients. At the same time, it automatically analyzes, collects, and records data, and stores it in the monitoring station database. Then, through a digital circuit dedicated communication network, the monitoring data is uploaded to the remote monitoring center server, displaying the system's operating status, monitoring data analysis results in real time Real time images inside and outside the monitoring station.
The project has changed the long-term marine ecological warning and monitoring methods at the Xiaoqinglong River Estuary. From relying solely on manual sampling and comparison, to now requiring only a click of the mouse to input "Xiaoqinglong River Estuary", 17 key and reference related factors of marine ecological disasters can be monitored in real-time in the remote monitoring center, and long-term online monitoring data with a frequency of 1 time/4 hours can be obtained online.
